Our studio is gently heated with infrared technology to support your practice from the inside out. We’re committed to building a space grounded in diversity, trust, and inclusivity—where everyone is welcome, and we don’t just say it—we mean it.

At Sana, your practice is YOURS. It won’t look like anyone else’s, and that’s the point. Your uniqueness is your power.

We’re here to remind you to show up with an open mind, to move with intention, and to give yourself permission to release, to grow, and to heal—Sana.

MEET THE OWNER

Hola!
I’m Viviana, founder of Sana Yoga.

Growing up in a Latinx household, I learned early on the power of holding space, not just for others, but for myself. I’ve always taken pride in bringing my full self into every room, and in doing so, I discovered a freer, more grounded version of who I am.

That energy, what I lovingly call my spice—has shaped not only my personality, but also my teaching and this community. My spice shows up in many forms: being a proud mamá of two, honoring my Chilean roots, my love of music, speaking Spanglish on the mat, and the intentional spaces I create as a teacher.

As a wife, mother, friend, and human being, I understand how life can get busy—how easily we stop making time for ourselves. Over time, we can unintentionally become disconnected, more withdrawn, less active... and sometimes nervous to try something new.

But here's what I want you to know:
Yoga doesn’t have to be so serious.
It’s not a competition or a performance.
It’s a homecoming. You show up as you are, and each time, you leave with something more.

Yoga is a healing, freeing practice. It helps us release trauma, move through stuck emotions, and come back to the present—to ourselves.

At SANA, we’re here to guide you through that journey. In my classes and throughout the studio, we aim to help you unblock what’s been held, physically or emotionally, and peel back the layers that keep you from your own inner fire.

Our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and more connected to yourself—spice and all.

We can’t wait to meet all the versions of you and see what you bring to the mat.
