  • A-Sana Power

    The power to heal. Link your breath to your movement in our infrared heated power class. Get ready to sweat while you move, breathe and let go. Remember it’s ok to NOT take yourself so seriously and have fun when you feel like it. This class will help you strengthen and heal your body, breath, mind and spirit.

  • Sana Sculpt

    Spice up your yoga practice with sana sculpt. This class is a full body workout that uses light-weights in combination of traditional yoga poses. The intention of this class is to improve your flexibility, reduce your stress, and achieve a lean, sculpted look. Link your breath to your movement. This class is warm but get ready to sweat!

  • Slow Sana

    Slow sana is a heated flow where you can take your time to get into your pose and feel it. A class where you can remind yourself to take it easy while linking your breath to your slow movement. Feel it.

  • Yin n' Sana

    In order to heal, we must feel. Add a little bit of yin to your yang. Yin is a practice where you hold the pose for a longer period of time to increase flexibility, improve circulation and help unblock energy channels to release emotions that no longer serve YOU. This class it not heated but you might still break a sweat.
