    The power to heal. Link your breath to your movement in our infrared heated power class. Get ready to sweat while you move, breathe and let go. Remember it’s ok to NOT take yourself so seriously and have fun when you feel like it. This class will help you strengthen and heal your body, breath, mind and spirit.

  • Sana Sculpt

    Spice up your yoga practice with sana sculpt. This class is a full body workout that uses light-weights in combination of traditional yoga poses. The intention of this class is to improve your flexibility, reduce your stress, and achieve a lean, sculpted look. Link your breath to your movement. This class is warm but get ready to sweat!

  • Slow Sana

    Slow Sana is a heated, intentional flow where you take your time settling into each pose and really feel the work happening. It’s a reminder to slow down, breathe deeper, and move with purpose instead of pace. Warm, steady, and quietly powerful. Let the heat focus you, let the stillness challenge you, and let every slow burn land exactly where you need it. Feel it.

  • Yin n' Sana

    In order to heal, we must feel. Add a little bit of yin to your yang. Yin is a practice where you hold the pose for a longer period of time to increase flexibility, improve circulation and help unblock energy channels to release emotions that no longer serve YOU. This class it not heated but you might still break a sweat.

  • Hot Barre

    Slow burn, big attitude. Heat wraps around you as every pulse sculpts, lifts, and awakens your inner fire. Low-impact, high-intention, all glow. Come for the sweat and leave feeling sharp, lifted, and a little unstoppable.
