Before You Flow

We hold space with care and intention. These guidelines help us protect the energy, time, and experience of our community.

Arrival

Doors open 10–15 minutes before class. Please arrive early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins in order to maintain the experience for everyone.

Cancellations

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a $10 late cancel or no-show fee. This applies to all memberships and pricing tiers.

Late Cancellations

Late cancellations receive class credit, though the $10 fee still applies.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you may be added up to 1 hour before class. Once added, standard cancellation policies apply.

Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final. Workshops and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs CAN be shared.

Membership Holds

Memberships may be placed on hold with advance notice. Please contact the studio for details.

Auto-Renew Memberships

Auto-renew memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel. Requests must be submitted prior to your next billing cycle.
